  • Getting a potential tax number
  • We will assist you take get the tax number from local tax offices.
  • Opening bank account
  • It is not mandatory to open bank account in Turkey to buy property or to apply citizenship but you might need it to make your life easier in the future to make your financial transactions such as collecting rent, paying maintenance fee and subscription fees.
  • Issuing Power of Attorney (POA)
  • You need to authorise your lawyer to represent you for relevant transactions i.e. to sign purchase aggrement, to get title deed under your name, to submit the residency
    and citizenship application. The POA can be issue at notary public in Turkey, Turkish embassies in all around the world or local public notaries where you live in. For more

  • You don’t have to come or presence to buy property and apply citizenship unless you give power of attorney to your lawyer. You can collect your ID and Passport from Turkish Embassy/Consulate where you live in.
  • Signing purchase contract
  • You can sign or your lawyer can sign it on your behalf regarding your confirmation.
  • Obtaining title deed under buyer name
  • The seller will apply to title deed office to handover the ownership under the buyer name. Your lawyer can represent you at the title deed office to get the ownership under your name. Please see the diagram of title deed transactions on next page.

Steps of Title Deed Transactions

We apply to the inspectors who license buy government to issue valuation report for your pruchase. They go and check the project. They
check;
– Market value of the property
– Quality of the property
– All the licences and permits such as zoning permit, construction licence, ownership status etc.

Obtain title deed from directorate of land registry on behalf of client. Please see the sample title.

You need to commit that you are not going to sell the property for 3 years to apply citizenship by investment. The title deed office will addannotations to the title deed records.

The Ministry of environment and urbani zation will check the 3 things about purchase;
a- Receipt of the wire transfers
b- Result of the valuation report
c- Official sales price on title deed
If there of those equal $250.000 then they will issue certificate of conformity.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR RESIDENCE PERMIT AND CITIZENSHIP APPLICATIONS

  • Copy of Passport
  • Marital Status (Marriage certificate, divorce certificate, if applicant is widowed, he/she must provide spouse’s dead certificate) (Each certificates must stamped and authenticated from your country ministry of foreign affairs and the Turkish Embassy in your country OR You must Apostille the papers according to Apostille Convention (Hague Treaty Convention

  • Birth certificate (Each certificates must stamped and authenticated from your country ministry of foreign affairs and the Turkish Embassy in your country OR You must Apostille the papers according to Apostille Convention (Hague Treaty Convention 12)
  • 4 pcs biometric pictures on white background on size 5 x 6 for all family members and 8 more pcs biometric pictures on white background on regular size only for main applicant.
  • Receipt of wire transfers.
  • Proof of address / Certificate of residence (If client will exempt from value added tax. Bank statement or utilities bills will not accepted. The proof of address must provided from governmental institutions. Each certificates must stamped and authenticated from your country ministry of foreign affairs and the Turkish Embassy in your country OR You must Apostille the papers according to Apostille Convention (Hague Treaty Convention 12)

Investor Residence Permit Application (Compulsory for citizenship)

1- Apply to the directorate of immigration Office to fil l application form
2- Providing health insurance for 1 year
3- Providing confirmation letter from Ministry of enviro nment and urbanization
4- Preparing required notarized paper works
5- Assisting client at the immigration Office at the ap pointment date
6- Follow up to conclusion on behalf of client

Application For Citizenship

We will apply to the directorate of civil registry with all the necessary documents and application form as you can see on the right.

Once we submit your citizenship application then your file will has send to the Ministry of Interior for security investigations. The immigration police and intelligence office will search about the applicant. If
you don’t have any international criminal records then they will send your file to the presidency office to last approval. You will get the citizenship %99 if you don’t have any criminal records. Please find the approval of citizenship on the right.

Collecting Passport and ID

When you get the approval certificate of citizenship then you can go to any Turkish Embassy/Consulate all around the World to give your fingerprints to collect your ID and Passport.
